Good inventory. Some staff could use training on how to present positive attitude during guest experience.
The store overall is surprisingly well kept and stocked considering its location. The prices are higher than the most competitors but that isn't an isolated thing but more of a overall Toys R Us criticism. One of the only true toy stores remaining in VT.
Love the free layaway. Makes holiday shopping simple. And friendly staff as well.
VT store has some best employees. Don't confuse it with box store misery in other parts if the country. If I need my kids to pick out a toy this cannot compare to waiting 2 days for delivery.
