Very impressed with these guys. Brought my car in for some new back speakers. They had a good selection, friendly service and the guy put the college hoop game on for me in their theatre while i waited. Speakers sound great too
Absolutely terrible service. I have a Subaru and I needed some custom work done on my door panels to get my deep components to fit. I was also looking for someone to make me some custom fiberglass a-pillar pods for the tweeters. When I went in to explain my situation the guy there completely blew me off and tried to sell me a couple of 1/2 inch spacers. When I explained to him as politely as possible that I had professionals work on the install before tell me that my old speakers were too deep and that if spacers would have worked they would have most likely used them he told me they probably didn't know that spacers exist. I went from completely ready to drop $1,000 on install work to never wanting to deal with them again. I went across the lake to Alpha Stereo in Plattsburgh who did a great job and they will continue to get my money from now on.
Knowledgeable staff and great products
My boyfriend and I went in there to see if they could help figure out why my boyfriend's car stereo sounded so bad, my boyfriend already had them install the stereo in his truck about a year ago, and the guy who came out to help us, last Friday, was not helpful at all, he didn't even seem like he wanted our business, let alone even care what my boyfriend was saying about the stereo. My boyfriend literally had to say to the guy in the nicest sounding way possible " Should I just bring it elsewhere or is this something you can help us with???' After saying that, the guy finally made a little more effort to be helpful but it still made us angry and frustrated because the guy who was working wouldn't even walk out to our truck so that we could quickly show him what we meant by the stereo not sounding right since we don't know much of anything about stereo or speaker installation. At this point I walked back outside because I was so annoyed and my boyfriend ended up making an appointment for the following Monday. We will see what happens but I'm not so sure why that employee was so awful at customer service considering his job is 100% customer service!!! My boyfriend is still really not confident in keeping the appointment because of that guy but he's just hoping it's a different more helpful employee when he brings his truck in!!!!
AMAZING! After a horrible experience with a big box store, the staff at Creative Sound fit me in right away. Great customer service. Personable staff. Stupendous product...and at the SAME price as that nasty big box store that is right around the corner from them Bravo! Kudos! Can't thank you enough!
