Synergy is the cleanest gym around. Not sure why people complain about the price- it's comparable to other gyms in the area. The staff is friendly and the smoothie bar is really convenient. My one recommendation- go 24 hours!
A very nice gym for the average gym goer. Plenty of cardio machines and dumbells along with a good class selection. They could use a second squat rack and more bumper plates. They have a nice shake/protein bar selection and incorporate services such as massage into their business. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly.
Been going here for a number of years off and on, nice to see a clean gym who consistently looks to make improvements and has a friendly staff ready to help.
