Had a 12 o'cklock appointment and sat in the waiting room for 30 mins waiting for then to call me, meanwhile listening to the depressing music they were playing. I asked the receptionist how much longer would I have to wait, she replied 2 minutes so I asked if I could step out quickly and she said sure, so I did, smoked a half of a cigarette and went back in at the 2 minute mark and they had taken the next patient. I was frustrated and asked why I had to wait so long when I had a 12 o'cklock appointment and her replied was "That's just the way it is!"
The nurse that saw me shortly there after however was very kind and apologetic but she can't take away the experience I had had.
