I was travelling about 10 mph in the right lane after entering the main road around a strip mall, when a man in the left lane suddenly made a hard right turn from the left lane. Unfortunately the officer who arrived on the scene didn't know his left from his right, so didn't issue a ticket to either one of us. The damage on the other car was on the passenger side (right side), and my damage was on the driver side (left side). I reported it to my AAA insurance agent who then had a claims adjuster contact me. I also sent 10 pictures of both cars to my agent. Instead of contacting the other insurance company to pay for damages, they quickly processed a check to me and with my deductible, could proceed to get my car fixed. This is sub-standard service. They didn't put forth any effort to do the right thing. I am totally dissatisfied with AAA. Obviously they will take the easy way out. No justice here.

Second time using AAA here in VT and I am just astounded by how friendly and efficient they are! The quoted times are reasonable, and I still never wait that long! The contractors they use have been very pleasant to work with. Overall, I am thrilled with the service I have received.

Their travel service was only concerned with the sale of my vacation. I was hounded until purchasing then never heard back from agent again. He first offered it at over $1,000 more than we bought for and only lowered it when I said what it was listed for on Expedia. Critical transfer information was left off itinerary. No communication prior to travel and no follow up. They only cared about the sale.
