Great customer service I walked in last minute wile they were closing and they took my order and they were very respectful
The bathroom was filthy, the guy at the counter told me the other guy would take our order and then helped the next customer that came in the door. They had no lettuce to make any salads. We ordered two slices and they were served almost cold. The counter/cook was wearing an un buttoned unkempt flannel shirt, no uniforms that a chain usually has. It was hard to tell if they worked for Pizza Hut or if they were plumbers.
The food here is typical Pizza hut chain restaurant pizza and etc. The problem here is service. I was told to expect a 25 min delivery time. In practice I waited 75 mins. I was just about to call to see if I'd been completely forgotten when the delivery guy finally arrived. Other times ordering from here, I have called, and been dismissed rather abruptly with an "it's on its way." The pizza I'd ordered today arrived lukewarm, but tasted adequate. The thing is, there's better pizza in the area with delivery service that actually works as advertised . I doubt I'll order from here again, they've had enough chances in my book.
I witnessed a clean cut Young guy come in that works at a store in the same complex, probably minimum wage pay. The young guy has been able to get lunch at the coupon price without presenting a coupon by previous counter employees, maybe they noticed his New Balance name tag. These plumber looking employees refused him and he only had enough money for the coupon price, I guess he had no lunch today. My wife was heart broken about that, in retrospect we should have jumped up and bought his lunch.
Sub par at best. Called for delivery and when it did not arrive we called the store where we were informed the pizza had already left. Fast forward one hour we get our pizza and yup, it had been in the car for an hour, yuck! Just don't bother, go get real food.
