I used to LOVE this place. The problem is, their sandwiches, although tasty, are too expensive for what you get. I don't know when they raised their prices, but for me, they've crossed my threshold. There are plenty of places to get a fantastic sandwich for less money.
I used to go here for lunch during work probably 3 days a week for months this past winter. I stopped going because I started to realize that the quality was going down, not enough for me to write a bad review but enough to make me find a new lunch spot. It has now been about 7 months since I have been back and I went today because I was Craving a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap. So I called in a wrap, on the website menu says $7.50, with no additions, the only modification I made was no Black Olives. I get in to pay and the lady at the cash register charges me $9.63, I cant imagine there was 28% tax rate. So I sit in my car about to eat and enjoy my lunch break and I take out the wrap to notice it is outrageously small. I then sacrificed my whole lunch break, and went back to the office right away because I had to measure the size of this thing. When I took the rule out, it stood at about 6.5", i really should have taken a photo. I then bit in and realized it was 90% grilled chicken, almost no lettuce. So needless to say, they have completely lost a loyal customer and I will now be actively telling people not to go here. Im still pretty sure they overcharged me and just pocketed the difference, Lucky I don't report them to the BBB. Theres so many better sandwhich spots in the area, dont even waste your breath, the reviews are the most brain power you need to waste on this shop. Such as Red Onion, Henry Street Deli, Martone's in essexs are just a few.

Sandwiches are good, prices are outrageous and staff is slow. Called 3 times today to attempt to place an order. Rang through for 5 min each call and then clicked off as no one answered the phone. If by some miracle you do manage to place an order you will wait longer then you should, pay more then you should, and choke on bacon smoke when walking in to pay and pick up. Great food but the rest of the business makes this place a no go. SAD!
