Our shower and toilet had a backup and I was unable to unclog it myself. I called Roto-Rooter and the service rep was very polite and said a plumber would be right out the same day.
John inspected the upstairs bathroom sinks, and adjusted the toilets. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
It was a Saturday and our tub and washing machine were both clogged. Our tech Robby was wonderful from start to finish. He engaged me on the phone to make sure his visit was necessary (to prevent us getting a service we didn't actually need). Once he arrived (within 25 minutes) he immediately began to ask questions and determine the best and cheapest way to resolve our issues. He was very upfront with all pricing. Overall, Robby was professional and honest, and he handled our issues in a likewise manner. I would recommend him to anyone.
