Cute animals. Better animal conditions than my previous visits. But the staff was not attentive even after asking for help. We asked for an employee to help us. The cashier paged someone. And we waited 10 minutes for an employee who never came.
It was difficult to find a staff member when i visited. I had to spend nearly a half hour in the store for something that should have taken only a few minutes. And when i DID find an associate i was told that i had to have another associate help. Which caused much of my wait time. I was not impressed. I will stick to shopping in canada from now on.
Good selection and prices are decent. Wish there were a few more of the natural brands.
Can hardly ever find an associate and when u do they have to go find another one to get the answers to at least my questions. Stores clean animals seem to be taken proper care of though.
Great petsmart! I wish the would update it a little, but the staff and managers do a good job. Always clea, good displays out. Nice petsmart!
