VBT generally pretty good company to do Euro bike tours with, using local guides and providing fairly good value.
We , Leslie Gault and Don Lucas went on the Galway & Connemara Coast ride.
We have to say Steve and Brian were the best guides we have had out of the three VBT trips we have taken. The went above and beyond the call of duty, total pros. They both have great knowledge, ability, and the best of the Irish personality. We also loved Shane's wit and knowledge on the Burren. The rains did come at times but for the most part they are not that bad, the roads do not puddle much, so riding is still a lot of fun. The guides marked the turns with flour on the streets, wonderful, previously not done, and works even with rain, the greatest thing for carefree riding. Bikes as always great. The hotels are wonderful as always, lots great staff and perfect feel and style.We would like to thank Brian and Steven again for their hard work and caring personality.

Also last time I went to Europe with them, all flights were connecting flights within Europe. Not very much fun to have to get off long flight from U.S., when you're already tired and start changing planes in Europe before reaching final destination!
I would like to give our review for the trip,
If they want to save money by buying these cheaper flights, they should offer the option of a non-stop for customers who are willing to pay a bit more for it--I certainly would.
Some of their long-time customers (including me) have felt that in last couple of yrs., they seem more "frugal" with their hotels and restaurants, very limited menus (to save $) offered with the "included meals".
