Ya this place is great. I've only experienced their repair and parts center, but they can boast the most professional, clean, and friendly service providable.
I love my new Kia and the sales person was personable and professional enough. However, their finance department seems to be in complete disarray. Somehow the financing company on the back-end found that my SSN wasn't matching up with my name. It took the Berlin City finance guy two hours to figure it out as I sat in his office on the day of purchase. I thought I was all set, but a month later (!) he called me back saying I needed to fill out yet another form verifying my SSN. Another month flew by with no updates, communication, nothing, despite several e-mails and phone messages from my end. When I inquired with the sales rep, it turned out that the finance guy had left the company. But his successor isn't so hot on returning phone calls either. I finally found a bill for my lease payment in the mail the other day, which was already past due when I opened it. I'm still waiting for that call back, though. And I guess no payment was due for the previous month.
Everyone at Berlin City Kia of VT was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark and Kyle were the main people we worked with and we were very impressed with both employees. We think more people would buy or lease a Kia Nero if they knew more about the superb hybrid car. Thank you Mark and Kyle!
